General Office Policies
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month. We will not mail you a statement or bill. If you pay after the 5th of the month, there is a late fee equal to 5% of your monthly rent until bill is paid in full.
Can I pay cash or credit/debit card?
You can pay your rent by check, money order or cashier's check.
Do I have to come to the office to pay rent?
No, you can mail your check. We do not offer direct deposit or wire transfers. You can leave your check in the mailbox next to our front door if you come to the office after hours. Please make sure your address is on the check.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. We close daily between 12:00 - 12:30 for lunch. Our office phone voicemail will state any holiday or other changes in hours

What is considered an emergency you would respond to after hours?
- No heat
- No power or natural gas
- No hot water
- Flooding
- Overflowing toilets
- Refrigerator or freezer failure
- Fire
- Broken security door
- Sorry, a bat in your house is not a maintenance emergency and needs to be called into the office so we can call Pest Control
