Administrative Services

  • Anchor Property Management selects a Project Manager to create a marketing plan for your property.
  • Your Project Manager will set up rental showings and update information on our comprehensive website to promote your property.
  • Your Project Manager responds to information requests from Realtors, Mortgage Companies and Title Companies in regard to selling or re-financing your property.
  • Prepare and mail necessary correspondence, such as letters and late notices


Maintenance Management

  • Anchor has a 24 hour/ 7 days per week maintenance response program. Emergencies are responded to within one hour or less. This goal is met 99.5% of the time.
  • Anchor will set up a calendar of preventative maintenance programs that can include everything from window cleaning, energy audits, gutter cleaning, etc. We do regular inspections of your property.
  • Routine Maintenance- Anchor has an in-house staff of technicians skilled in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance services.
  • We provide bids on subcontractor services, negotiate the best possible rates, hire and supervise work to be performed.
  • We offer competitive hourly rates, or if you should need a subcontractor we negotiate volume rates for insurance, paint, mechanical, etc.
  • Collaborate with consultants and engineers hired by the association.
